Work environment, Computers and Pain

Are you on the computer, I pad, i phone all day? Does it really affect you that much? You bet it does! Do you have headaches, shoulder pain, tension or stress? Things that may help during the day:

Self care tools: Try using an air filled ball. Lie, sit or lean on the ball in hard, tight tender areas for 3 to 5 minutes. Perfect for break time

Cranial Cradle: Once you are able to stretch out and have some quiet time this is a great self care tool. The cranial cradle has a manual on how to use. Great for headaches, eye aches and may be used else where on tight areas such as shoulders, hips and glutes.

Thera cane: Works great at home or the office. Use the cane on hard tight tender areas. Again emphasizing on the time, 3 to 5 minutes.

Be sure to take walks, stretch, enjoy some fresh air and plenty of water.
