Meet Our Team
Brandi began her training in Wichita Kansas completing a 640-hour program. After working as a therapist in Kansas and Oklahoma, she took time off to focus on her family.
During that time she discovered JFB Myofascial Release Therapy as a patient. Brandi had dealt with chronic pain (both physical and emotional) from traumas young in life and being on antidepressants off and on for 16 years. Immediately she felt the healing and long-term benefits of true Myofascial work. Brandi is now off all medications and continues to heal her body as a whole.
This began her need to grow as a therapist and began training under John F Barnes. Growing in the knowledge and expertise of Myofascial Release Therapy, Brandi specializes in MFR in her practice. Since then, she has a passion to share this amazing therapy with everyone she comes in contact with.
Through injury and illness Karen was lead into a life of wanting to help others in their healing.
Karen’s healing journey and new learning experience started at NAMTI in Prescott, AZ with 640 hours of massage school. After a great foundation she transferred to Cortiva Institute in Tucson AZ. The focus there was injury recovery and chronic pain. Karen graduated from Cortiva with honor in the 1,000-hour program.
Karen then furthered her career in the teachings of John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach, which is now her healing modality of choice.
Karen says until you see and feel the difference of MFR you won’t know the difference. Karen’s passion is to help others come into awareness that we do have a choice in our healing. We are taught, “Without Awareness, There is No Choice”
